Suso Zamora has led Auna since 2023 and been a member of its board of directors since 2008 and Executive Chairman since 2022. Mr. Zamora is also Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of Enfoca, one of Latin America’s foremost investment firms, where he is responsible for the investments and management of Enfoca’s funds. He has more than 35 years of investment experience. Prior to founding Enfoca in 2000, Mr. Zamora held various senior executive positions in banking and asset management, including Banco de Crédito del Perú from 1994 to 1999, BEA Associates from 1992 to 1993, and Salomon Brothers Inc. from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Zamora holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico.
Lorenzo Massart joined Auna as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Equity Capital Markets in 2024. He brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic consulting and investment banking in the US and Latin America. Prior to joining Auna, Mr. Massart worked closely with the company’s President and Executive Chairman of the Board, and with Auna. He also spent more than two decades in leadership roles in investment banking, including at Citigroup, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, and SBC Warburg. Prior to that, Mr. Massart worked four years at McKinsey & Co., providing management consulting to multinational companies. He started his career with Arthur Andersen. Mr. Massart holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) from the University of Lausanne.
Rayet Harb joined Auna in May 2024 as Executive Vice President of Operations, bringing extensive leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to this, she served as CEO of Steward Health Care Colombia and subsequently as COO of Patria Health Care Colombia, where she managed the largest healthcare delivery network in the country. Mrs. Rayet also held several executive roles at Keralty Group, including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Public and Private Insurance Plans, and President of Keralty Mexico and Sanitas USA. In these positions, she progressively acquired expertise in healthcare operations, both in the health insurance and health delivery segments, including integration, organizational development, procurement management, financial and operational performance, quality and patient experience, and infrastructure and clinical management. She holds a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad del Norte in Colombia, a Specialization in Technology Management in Organizations, from Escuela de Administración de Negocios in Colombia, Management Development studies from INALDE Business School in Colombia, and master’s degree in digital transformation in health from ESDEN Business School in Spain.
Gisele Remy has been Auna’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President since 2023. Previously, Ms. Remy worked at Alicorp, a leading consumer goods company in Latin America, from 2019 to 2023 as Managing Director of Finance and Productivity, responsible for financial planning, efficiency, costs, treasury and investor relations. Prior to this Ms. Remy worked for 10 years at Belcorp, a leading direct sales beauty company in Latin America, leading corporate strategy, treasury and financial planning. Ms. Remy began her career in investment banking at HSBC in London and subsequently at UBS in New York. She has a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has completed executive education programs at Stanford Business School and Harvard Business School.
Alejandro Torres joined Auna in 2025 as Head of Mexico Healthcare Network. Previously, Mr. Torres held senior leadership roles at Star Médica from 2016 to 2025. Earlier he spent more than 15 years at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he held leadership positions at Hospital San José and TecSalud, with responsibilities spanning hospital operations management, and finance. He also spent 10 years in academia and program leadership as Program Director and professor at the Escuela de Medicina del Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico. Earlier in his career, Mr. Torres worked at Price Waterhouse and Grupo Villacero. He holds a degree in Public Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA with a specialization in finance from EGADE Business School at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Vicente Checa joined Auna in 2017 and currently serves as Head of Regional Access and Peru Healthcare Network. He has more than 30 years of experience in insurance and healthcare and has held several leadership positions at Auna, including General Manager of Oncosalud. Prior to joining Auna, Mr. Checa spent 10 years at Rimac Seguros and Rimac EPS, where he held senior roles in health and accident insurance and reinsurance, across all insurance risks. Earlier in his career, he worked at Johnson & Johnson, Schering-Plough, and Yanbal International in marketing, product management, and operational roles. Mr. Checa holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a master’s degree in insurance management and risk management from ENAE Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lafayette College.
Pablo Cervera joined Auna in 2020 and currently serves as Head of Colombia Healthcare Network. He brings more than 23 years of professional experience, including 13 years in the healthcare sector, with extensive experience in the management, development, and optimization of high-complexity clinics and hospital networks. Prior to joining Auna, Mr. Cervera held senior leadership roles across the healthcare, consulting, retail, and oil and gas sectors, including at Organización Terpel and Grupo Jamar. Mr. Cervera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and postgraduate specializations in finance and in financial and business management from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.
